Types of Logins:

There are two types of logins available:

  1. Hospital Login: Healthcare facilities can efficiently order blood bags for patients.
  2. Patient Login: Individual patients or their relatives can order blood bags with a mandatory requisition form issued by a certified doctor or hospital.

The Process: Placing an Order

Follow these steps to place an order:

  1. Login: Log into your desired account type (Hospital or Patient).
  2. Create New Request: Click on the "Create New Request" tab.
  3. Select: Choose the appropriate blood group, blood product, and quantity.
  4. Check Availability: Verify availability of the selected blood product and its source blood banks.
  5. Choose Blood Bank: Select the desired blood bank for your order.
  6. Fill Form: Fill the digitally created blood bag requisition form with essential details.
  7. Confirm and Pay: Confirm the blood bag order and proceed to the payment page. Complete the payment process.

After Placing Your Order:

After you place your order, the following steps will be taken:

  1. Confirmation: The blood bank will receive your order.
  2. Sample Collection: A delivery executive will collect cross-matching samples and the requisition form from you.
  3. Cross-Matching: Once you've placed your order, the blood bank will carefully cross-match the sample provided with the blood bag to ensure compatibility. Once the cross-match is successfully completed, the blood bank will issue the blood for delivery.
  4. Delivery: Upon completion of the cross-matching process, a dedicated delivery executive will be assigned to personally deliver the blood bag to your location, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  5. Receipt of Blood: Congratulations! You have now received the blood bag hassle-free and completely cashless.

Blood Bank Registration Process:

  1. Blood Bank Login: Begin by accessing the Blood Bank Login option.
  2. Sign Up: Proceed to sign up for an account by clicking on the Sign Up button.
  3. Complete Registration: Fill in all your details accurately, including your authenticated Blood Bank Registration Number, to ensure authentication.
  4. Submission: Once all details are filled, simply click submit to send your registration request.
  5. Verification Process: Our team will promptly review your registration request within 2 working days. We will connect with you to verify all the provided details and ensure that your blood bank holds all the necessary licenses and permissions.
  6. Contract and Terms: Upon successful verification, we will proceed with the contract, outlining all terms and conditions beneficial for both parties.
  7. Access Granted: Congratulations you are all set! You will receive your login credentials. Now you are our trusted partner for blood bag provision, contributing to our shared mission of saving lives.
